He-Thing Update

Working on a physical version

I’m taking a break from writing new He-Thing to focus on painting, but also to get my ass in gear in putting together a print edition of the first book. For a while now, I’ve fantasized about printing out my He-Thing pages, and hand-painting them. But it’s a daunting idea, because I already have 350 pages written.

But in my heart, I really want to do this. One of the inspirations for He-Thing was medieval illuminated texts. I like the idea of this “magic” book.

I included the mouse in the picture to show the scale I’m thinking of for the size of the pages.
